I offer my services on a sliding scale to be responsive to the financial situation of the person i am meeting with. I do this because of my own experience – appreciating it when I can pay for a service according to my present financial situation. If you wish to extend during the session, you will remain in the selected price category and pay the difference after the session. All prices include taxes and fees. The conversion from Euros to your currency takes place automatically when you pay.

Cancellation policy:
If you are unable to attend an agreed appointment, please cancel via the booking confirmation email. The booking or payment service charges a 10% fee for each booking – this fee is non refundable.*

Therefore, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellation by you up to 24 hours before the appointment
  You will be refunded the booking amount minus the fees charged by the booking or payment service. This means you will receive 90% of the booking amount back.
• Cancellation by you less than 24 hours before the appointment
  No refund, as I cannot fill the appointment on such short notice.

  You will always be refunded the full amount.
