These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the listening sessions offered by MAMAEAR and conducted by Max-Marian Unger.

MAMAEAR is represented by Max-Marian Unger, Berlichingenstrasse 5, 10553 Berlin.

Booking a listening session with MAMAEAR constitutes acceptance of these GTC and authorises the sending of further relevant information to the email address provided during registration.

Participation conditions

It is of great importance to me – and this is also a fundamental prerequisite for taking part in one of my listening sessions – that I work with people who take full responsibility for themselves and their actions. By booking a listening session, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and that you are mentally and physically stable and capable of taking part in the listening session without posing a risk to your own health or the health of others. You further agree to exercise your own judgement and due diligence before integrating any ideas or insights gained during our listening sessions into your life. That you remain in alignment with your heart and mind and take full responsibility for yourself. This is a fundamental prerequisite for participating in one of my listening sessions.

To clarify: I am not a therapist, nor am I a specialist in medical, psychiatric or psychological assessments, and I will not advise you on any such conditions. Participation in a listening session is not a substitute for psychotherapy or any other form of therapy. I reserve the right to refuse service to individuals or organisations without having to give a reason.

Confidentiality

The listening sessions conducted are not recorded in any form. Furthermore, I maintain strict confidentiality regarding everything entrusted to me during and in connection with the listening session.

Timeframe, Format, Fee

I offer my services in individual and couples sessions. The person booking the session decides independently on the duration and price of their session.

The following options are available:

Individual sessions lasting 60 minutes at the following rates:
€55.00, €85.00, €115.00 or €145.00.

Individual sessions lasting 90 minutes at the following rates:
€85.00, €125.00, €165.00 or €205.00.

Couples’ sessions lasting 90 minutes at the following rates:
€105.00, €145.00, €185.00 or €225.00.

Couples sessions lasting 120 minutes at the following rates:
€155.00, €205.00, €255.00 or €305.00.

Invoices are issued immediately upon completion of the booking or receipt of payment, via email. As a small business operator within the meaning of Section 19(1) of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), VAT is not charged.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an agreed appointment, please cancel via the booking confirmation sent to you. The booking or payment service charges a 10% fee on every booking – this fee remains payable even in the event of cancellation.

Therefore, the following conditions apply:

Cancellation by you up to 24 hours before the appointment: You will be refunded the booking amount, minus the booking and payment service fees. This means you will receive 90% of the booking amount back.
Cancellation by you 24 hours or less before the appointment: No refund, as I cannot reallocate the appointment at such short notice.
Cancellation by me: You will always be refunded the full amount.

Final Provision

The invalidity of one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions or of contracts already concluded. Legally binding agreements must be set out in writing.
